I facilitate small group sessions for immersion into relevant key topics such as, discovering new seasons of growth, moving forward in the empty nester stage of life, goal setting, setting healthy boundaries in our life, and more. Most group sessions will meet by Zoom, and there is a learning structure that includes reading and self-directed exercises and assignments between bi-weekly meetings.

 

Group sessions meet for one-hour bi-weekly for six to eight weeks depending on the topic.

 

These group experiences are extremely powerful. I keep the numbers small, generally no more than six to ten women in a group in order to build intimacy and a feeling of safety. You’ll come away from these groups with life-long friendships.

 

*Group sessions will include lesson materials and a one-to-one wrap up session at the end of the course for you and I to discuss your takeaways and any further work you might want to do.
